Silhouette Island is one of the richest biodiversity points in the western Indian Ocean with many endemic and threatened plant and animal species. With the population of 200 living in 3 villages, this island is a home of a Hilton Hotel, but biodiversity is magnificent - you can encounter chameleons, turtles, geckos, various birds, and even carnivore plants!
