Damaraland

Damaraland is located in north-west Namibia, between the Brandberg and the village of Sesfontein. This area is home to the people of the Damara language group, giving its name to the area. The landscape is rocky and rough, with harsh weather conditions but with fascinating beauty. The lucky ones will see magnificent elephants and desert lions while visiting Damaraland.
