NamibRand-Naturreservat is located in southern Namibia, established in 1984 by Albi Brückner, a businessman and a conservation enthusiast in order to conserve and protect wildlife and ecology of the area. Brückner started buying farms, one at a time and gradually forming a large self-sustaining nature reserve. Leopards, brown hyenas, black-backed jackals, aardwolves, bat-eared foxes, Cape foxes, African wildcats, caracals, genet, and many more can be spotted in NamibRand-Naturreservat.
