Liepaja

Situated on the Baltic Sea, Liepaja is known as the "City where the wind is born". Blue Flag Beach is the favorite destination for both visitors and locals, as well as the ruins of an old fort of the former Soviet base. Rich musical tradition is also a landmark of this western Latvia city.
