Los Nevados National Natural Park
Los Nevados National Natural Park is located in the central part of the Colombian Andes, and it encompasses glaciers, active volcanoes, water resources, and ecosystems of great biodiversity. Flora and fauna numbers thousands of species, many of which are endangered. Before visiting the national park, it is advisable to find out about warnings about volcano activity, as well as to prepare for high altitudes.
