Kantaji Temple

Kantanagar Hindu temple also known as Kantaji Temple is a pearl of late medieval architecture, rich in terracotta ornaments. Dedicated to Krishna, the temple was build in Navaratna style. Temple originally had nine spires, but those were destroyed in an earthquake in 1897. Visitors' favorites are terracotta ornaments on columns and large relief plates outside the temple.
