Wedding Palace

Wedding Palace in Ashgabat is one of the most impressive buildings in the country's capital. The pedestal of the building consists of three floors in the shape of stars, whose legs do not overlap. At the top of the third level is a lattice structure of white marble representing eight-pointed stars in the center of which is a golden sphere containing halls for banquets and celebrations. When Turkmen people come here to get married, after the ceremony, the newlyweds are photographed in front of the portrait of the country's president.
