Lucerne

Placed in central Switzerland, Lucerne town and its area are overwhelmed by many amazing sights. Many bridges stand over the Reuss river, which is draining the surrounding lake. One of those bridges is the oldest covered bridge in Europe - Chapel Bridge. The steepest cogwheel railway in the world is a popular landmark, heading up to Mt. Pilatus.
