Little House on the Drina river become one of the region’s most popular and photographed symbols, mostly thanks to National Geographic magazine. River Drina is a natural border of Bosnia and Hercegovina and Serbia. This little wooden house is located near the city of Bajina Bašta, built in 1969 by local boys, eager to have a shelter from the sun and an intimate place to rest after swimming. House was destroyed several times by the powerful Drina but reconstructed every single time.
