Banana Island
One of the favorite places for a day trip when staying in Doha is Banana Island. This artificial island is located about 2 kilometers from the coast and has a luxury resort, restaurants, and cafes. However, what attracts tourists the most is the 800-meter-long beach with beautiful fine sand, bordered by palm trees and other vegetation. The island can be reached by catamaran, the entrance fee is charged, and a food voucher is provided with the ticket.
