Lake Prespa
Lake Prespa consists of two lakes, the bigger shared by Greece, Albania, and North Macedonia, and the smaller one shared between Greece and Albania. Unlike Ohrid Lake, Prespa Lakes are not so subordinated to tourism, so visitors can have a glimpse of wild nature and biodiversity. Lakes are the highest elevation tectonic freshwater lakes in the Balkans. There are national parks on Prespa Lakes in all three countries sharing them.
