Franz Josef Glacier
Westland Tai Poutini National Park is home to Franz Josef Glacier, one of the most accessible glaciers in the world. Guided tours offer a great hike to both Franz Josef Glacier and a nearby Fox Glacier. The area surrounding the two glaciers is part of Te Wahipounamu, a World Heritage Site park.
