Quirimbas Islands

The Quirimbas Islands are located along the northern part of the coast of Mozambique, in the Indian Ocean. The archipelago consists of 32 islands, of which 11 southernmost, along a part of the mainland coast, are a part of the Quirimbas National Park. Until the independence of Mozambique, only four islands had settlements. Today almost all of them are inhabited and are considered one of the favorite tourist destinations for lovers of rural beaches and diving. Accommodation capacities vary from simple huts on the beach to luxury villas with ancillary facilities. No matter what kind of accommodation you choose, it is peaceful and beautiful!
