Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Botanical Garden

Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Botanical Garden, commonly known as the Pamplemousses Botanical Garden, is located near the Port Louis, Mauritius capital. It was founded in 1770 and nowadays represents the oldest botanic garden in Southern hemisphere. SSR is famous for its long pond of giant water lilies. This beautiful garden is a must for nature lovers.
