Tsavo West National Park
Tsavo West National Park is among the larger national parks in Kenya. It is located in the south of the country and covers an area of 9065 square kilometers. The park encompasses an abundance of different landscapes: rocky cliffs, inactive volcanoes, swamps, plains, and springs. There is also an archeological site dating back to the Early Stone Age. With all this in mind, two things are for sure: an abundance of animal species finds habitat here, and a lot of activities are on offer to visitors. It goes from the inevitable safari, hiking, rock climbing, biking, to touring caves and archeological sites.
