The Maasai Mara National Reserve is a 1,500-square kilometer game reserve in the south of the country. It builds on the famous Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, and together they form an ecosystem of 25,000 square kilometers. There are many animal and plant species in such a large area. Additionally, in the period July-October gigantic herds of zebras, wildebeests, and topis move from the Serengeti to the Massai Mara for fresh grass. The sight of so many animals is breathtaking. We are talking about millions! Few national parks in Africa can offer as much diversity to their visitors as Massai Mara, and visitors who have visited it know it best.
