Lago di Braies
Most probably one of the most beautiful lakes in the Dolomites and another Instagram star, Lago di Braies is the largest natural lake in the Dolomites. This lake is located at a height of 1469 meters above sea level and even though swimming is allowed, be aware that the water is very cold even during the summer. If you wish to experience the lake from the water, you can also rent a boat, but it is rather pricy if you're on a budget.
