Arch of Constantine
Situated by the most famous Rome landmark Colosseum nearby Palatine Hill, Arch of Constantine is a famous triumphal arch, built to celebrate an important military victory. Roman Senat dedicated it to a Roman emperor Constantine l. Many other similar triumphal arches in the world were inspired by the Arch of Constantine, like Brandenburg gate in Berlin, Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel in Paris and Marble Arch in London.
