Mysore Palace
Mysore Palace is the official residence of the Wadiyar family of the southern Indian state of Karnataka. The palace is situated in the center of Mysore city in Karnataka and it's overlooking the famous Chamundi hills. The palace is renowned for its unique architecture which is a blend of Hindu, Rajput, Mughal and Gothic styles. The Dussera celebration of the Mysore Palace, which is celebrated in October, is world famous. Mysore palace can be reached through Bangalore which is connected to the rest of the country by air and rail.
