Kanyakumari
Kanyakumari is the southernmost tip of India and is located in the confluence of the Indian Ocean, Arabian Sea, and the Bay of Bengal. Kanyakumari is primarily a pilgrim spot though there are various other attractions for tourists. The Vivekananda Rock, Thiruvalluvar statue, and the beach attract tourists from all over the world. Kanyakumari can be accessed by road and rail. The nearest airport is the Trivandrum International airport.
