Near the German border, located in north-eastern France lies Colmar, one of the most picturesque towns in the country. The cityscape of old-town Colmar is homogenous and renowned among tourists and no wonder - fairytale-like vibrantly colored houses are an incredible sight. Colmar is especially popular during December due to the very authentic Christmas market.
