Lake Enriquillo

Last but not least, another Dominican attraction attracts many visitors during their stay in the Dominican Republic. Lake Enriquillo is the largest saltwater lake in the country, as well as the lowest point in the Caribbean, sitting at 46 meters below the Caribbean Sea level. The lake is also home to the largest population of American crocodiles in the Caribbean.
