Tortuguero National Park

The most inaccessible national park in Costa Rica is Tortuguero National Park, which is located on the northeast coast of the Caribbean Sea. Access to the park is possible only by plane or boat, but this park is the third most visited in the country. It is characterized by large amounts of precipitation, about 6400 millimeters per year, so it is no wonder that thousands of species of flora and fauna simply flourish in this place.
