La Fortuna Waterfall

The river Arenal located at the foot of the extinct volcano Chato Hill forms a beautiful waterfall. This 70-meter-high gem of nature is named La Fortuna, after a place not far from there. The La Fortuna waterfalls are utilized, entrance is charged and there is a lifeguard on duty. There is an opportunity for swimming, kayaking, and hiking.
