Bansko

Bansko is not only the most popular ski resort in Bulgaria but also an attractive area all year round. It located in the Pirin Mountains in the south-west of the country, conveniently lying on the two banks of the Glazne river. There are many accommodation opportunities and due to the great facilities for winter sports, Bansko increasingly competes with similar resorts due to lower prices.
