Bahrain World Trade Center
The landscape of Manama city is dominated by the twin silhouette of Bahrain World Trade Center. 240 meters tall, twin building was finished in 2008. Towers are linked by three sky bridges, which has 29 meters diameter wind-turbines installed on them. The shape of buildings reminiscent of ships and buildings are oriented to funnel wind from the Persian Gulf on turbine blades. Bahrain World Trade Center houses business offices, shopping malls, and the watchtower on top of each building.
